We tailor your treatment to your unique concerns and goals following a consultation with an expert trainer and the treating delegate.

We will begin treatment by thoroughly cleansing the neck and below the chin. We advise you not to wear makeup on the day of your appointment.

We will use a soft skin pencil to mark the injection sites before administering the fat dissolving solution.

The treatment is straightforward with minimal discomfort - we use a simple needle technique, similar to botulinum toxin injections.

How many treatment sessions are needed?

Patients typically require 2 to 4 treatment sessions, with a minimum of 4 weeks between treatments. Fat-dissolving is not a one-off treatment. Most patients will see an improvement after 2 to 4 treatments.

Is a consultation required?

We do not require you to attend a face-to-face consultation for under chin sculpting. Instead, we will ask that you send specific photos of your face. Our expert trainers will assess your photos and give us the go-ahead to discuss and book you in for treatments they deem beneficial.

If you prefer, you can attend a face-to-face consultation at our Harley Street clinic.

A thorough discussion with our trainers and the delegate carrying out the treatment will take place on the day of your appointment. If you have not had an anti-wrinkle treatment in the past, we recommend you attend a face-to-face consultation at our Harley Street clinic. If you have had the treatment before, you will likely not need a face-to-face consultation.

You must understand what the treatment entails before booking. No refunds can be issued should you decide not to go ahead with treatment on the day of your appointment.

We only charge our cosmetic models what it costs us to provide treatments. Of course, this means you will always benefit from unbeatable prices as you will only ever pay for the products used during a treatment session.

Please be assured that we do not profit from the fee we charge; we only cover the cost of the high-quality products we use.

The treatment destroys fat cells. They are removed from the body and do not return. Fat can still accumulate in the area in the future, but the results should be long-lasting.

Please avoid using aspirin, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications (such as ibuprofen), St. John's wort or high doses of vitamin E supplements. These agents may increase bruising and bleeding at the injection site.

Avoid drinking caffeinated drinks such as tea or coffee for 24 hours. Caffeine may increase bruising and bleeding at the injection site.

Talk with your GP if you have previously suffered from facial cold sores. They may prescribe a medication to minimise recurrence.

We do not schedule review appointments as standard, as most training models do not need one.
