Dr Rikin Parekh (BDS), is a leading practitioner of facial aesthetics, both in the UK and internationally. He is a well-known and respected practitioner within the aesthetics industry.
He originally trained as a dentist and hence has a thorough understanding of facial anatomy and physiology. He began his Aesthetics training in 2006, receiving extensive training from the biggest companies in the industry. He was a senior non-surgical clinician at one of the country’s biggest plastic surgery groups, and now is the Medical Director of two clinics in the Harley Street area and his own training Academy, The Avanti Aesthetics Academy.
He represents major cosmetic companies as a key opinion leader at industry conferences and exhibitions and is a regular feature in the media, across both print and TV offering his expert advice on the latest developments in aesthetics. Dr Parekh constantly strives to stay at the forefront of non-surgical treatments, attending conferences in the UK and around the globe, including Paris, Nice and Monaco. He has presented in front of esteemed colleagues and is actively involved in training doctors, dentists and nurses across a number of non-surgical procedures at his own training academy, The Avanti Aesthetics Academy.
His clientele includes fashion models, celebrities and dignitaries, both in the UK and overseas. He has a regular client base that travels from Spain, France, Monaco, Russia, Dubai and other international destinations.

Lead Trainer
Dr Holly qualified as a Dental Surgeon in 2008 from the University of Bristol and was awarded Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons in 2010.
Her journey into Aesthetic Medicine began during her PhD in 2014, and since then, Dr Holly has performed thousands of treatments alongside training other medical professionals in this field. Dr Holly is known for her light touch, caring approach and beautifully natural results.
Outside of work, Holly is a busy mum who is often found on the side of a sports pitch and, when time permits, at a Pilates studio.
Expert Trainer
Dr Hajirah graduated from the University of Bristol in 2011 and completed her Vocational Training at the London Deanery.
She has since been working in general dental practice while also continuing with post-graduate studies, and is currently completing the final part of a diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties at the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Haj’s aim is to enhance her skills to offer her patients a choice of treatments, focusing on providing minimally invasive dentistry in a calm and relaxed environment.
Outside work, Haj plays netball in competitive leagues, loves to travel abroad as much as possible and also enjoys baking and decorating cakes.
Expert Trainer
Dr Nina is a General and Cosmetic Dentist, who qualified from King’s College London.
Dr Nina realised how well facial aesthetics can complement dentistry in improving smiles and facial harmony and undertook all of our Avanti training courses.
She was recognised in our courses and mentorship programmes for her flare in aesthetics, desire to progress and enthusiasm to share her knowledge. Nina’s firm grasp of facial anatomy and her approachable persona is vital to her success with patients and as a trainer here at Avanti.
Expert Trainer
Sally is an experienced registered nurse, an independent prescriber and an advanced aesthetics practitioner.
She has since been working in general dental practice while also continuing with post-graduate studies, and is currently completing the final part of a diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties at the Royal College of Surgeons of England. With over 18 years of experience, Dr Himesh has a reputation of excellence in all areas of dentistry, but especially as a restorative and aesthetic dentist.
He believes every restoration should be treated as a work of skill and art, and applies an artisanal attitude to every restoration he places.
Dr Tailor worked in Surrey, Hertfordshire, and throughout Buckinghamshire before settling down in Wendover at Smile Design Dental Practice. Bringing with him his ethos of holistic patient care, individual attention, and artistry, Smile Design Dental Practice has become a beacon of bespoke dental care in the area.
Dedicated to staying up to date with all the latest innovations in treatments and technology, Dr Tailor has trained in Europe and the US and is proud to bring this training to Buckinghamshire. Having completed a year-long course in aesthetic dentistry, he is passionate about aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry such as veneers and teeth whitening, orthodontics including Invisalign® and fixed braces, endodontics, and restorations like bridgework and crowns. Dr Tailor is well-known for his bespoke smile design treatment services and has an excellent reputation when it comes to Smile Makeovers.
Having completed extensive training on Harley Street with the multi-award-winning Avanti Aesthetics Academy, where he now also teaches other doctors and dentists, Dr Tailor is highly practised and skilled in the area of facial aesthetics. Bringing that training to Smile Design Dental Practice, he is able to perform wrinkle correction, skin boosters, dermal fillers, peels, fat dissolving and is particularly skilled at non-surgical lip enhancements and fillers.
Outside of the practice, Dr Tailor can be found cycling, travelling the world, or cooking up a storm in the kitchen. A dedicated family man, Dr Tailor loves to spend time with his wife and children, but you’ll also often find him with his nose in a book or listening to one of his favourite bands.
Expert Trainer
Dr Pooja graduated from Bart’s and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry with an honours degree in Dental Surgery.
During her time at Bart’s, she won multiple prizes for her work, including an award for ‘Outstanding Academic Achievement’. Shortly after graduating as a dentist, Pooja developed a passion for aesthetics and began her facial aesthetics journey. Since then, Pooja has treated patients in a variety of environments, including beauty salons, laser clinics and within her dental practice.
Pooja is dedicated to furthering her clinical skills through additional training and has completed a year-long postgraduate certificate course in Aesthetic Medicine, where she learnt about advanced treatments for facial aesthetics, hair loss and scarring.
Outside of work, Pooja enjoys travelling, theatre and spending time with family and friends.
